Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ c Pears, chopped
  • ¼ c Walnuts, chopped
  • ⅓ c Raisins
  • ¼ c Sugar, divided
  • 2 T Flour
  • 2 t Cinnamon, divided
  • 1 pkg Biscuits, reduced fat, refrigerated (10 each)
  • 1 t Margarine
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. In a large microwave safe bowl, MIX pears, walnuts, raisins, 2 T of sugar, flour, and ¾ t cinnamon together.
  2. MICROWAVE for 2-3 minutes or until almost tender.
  3. FLATTEN each biscuit into a 5 inch circle.
  4. COMBINE remaining sugar and cinnamon. SPRINKLE mixture over each biscuit.
  5. TOP with about ¼ c of the fruit mixture.
  6. BRING edges up to close; PINCH edges to seal.
  7. PLACE seam side down in a muffin pan SPRAYED with cooking spray.
  8. BRUSH tops with margarine, SPRINKLE with remaining sugar mixture, and with a sharp knife cut an “X” in the top of each.
  9. Bake at 350 F for 18-22 minutes.
