Ingredients

  • ⅔ c Flour
  • ⅓ c Flour, whole wheat
  • 1 c Oats
  • ½ c Brown sugar
  • ½ t Baking powder
  • 6 T Margarine, melted
  • ¼ c Pecans, chopped
  • 1 c Cranberry sauce

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350˚F.
  2. In a large bowl, MIX flours, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, margarine and pecans.
  3. RESERVE 1 c of crumb mixture and SET aside. Using the remainder of the mixture PRESS into an 8x8 square pan.
  4. SPREAD cranberry sauce over the crust.
  5. SPRINKLE with reserved crumbs and PRESS gently.
  6. BAKE for 30-35 minutes. COOL and CUT into bars.
