Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 12 Eggs
  • 2 T Milk, 1%
  • ¾ t Sage
  • ¼ c Cheddar cheese, shredded, reduced-fat
Optional toppings:
  • ½ c Bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ c Onion, chopped
  • ½ c Canadian Bacon, chopped
  • ½ c Mushrooms, chopped
  • ¼ c Olives, sliced

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, WHISK eggs, milk, sage and cheese in a bowl.
  3. SPRAY a large baking sheet with cooking spray and POUR egg mixture on the pan.
  4. BAKE for 10 minutes.
  5. REMOVE pan from oven and TOP eggs with desired toppings.
  6. PLACE back in the oven and BAKE for another 10 minutes.
