Ingredients

  • ½ c Flour
  • ½ c Whole wheat flour
  • ½ c Oats
  • 1 T Baking powder
  • ¼ t Salt
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1 c Orange juice
  • 1 T Oil
  • 1 T Applesauce
  • 1 T Orange zest
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, MIX flours, oats, baking powder and salt
  2. In another bowl, BEAT egg whites. ADD orange juice, oil applesauce and orange zest.
  3. SPRAY a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. HEAT over medium-high heat.
  4. ADD wet ingredients to dry ingredients and STIR until mixed.
  5. POUR ¼ c batter into hot skillet. FLIP pancakes when bubbles appear on top of the batter and the edges are browned.
