Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs, hard boiled, chopped
  • 8 Egg whites, hard boiled, chopped
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese, reduced fat, shredded
  • ½ c Mayonnaise, light
  • 1 T Mustard
  • ½ t Garlic powder
  • Dash Hot sauce, optional
  • 6 English muffins, whole wheat, sliced in half

Directions

  1. Gently FOLD together eggs, egg whites, cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder and hot sauce.
  2. SPREAD ¼ c of the egg mixture on each English muffin.
  3. BROIL in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
