  • ½ c Vanilla yogurt, low-fat
  • ½ c Whole grain cereal
  • ½ c Fresh fruit


  1. WASH hands with soap and water.
  2. PEEL banana and CUT in half lengthwise; PLACE in cereal bowl.
  3. TOP with yogurt, cereal and fruit.
