Ingredients

  • 2 c Bakery Mix*
  • ⅔ c Milk, skim
  • ½ c Cheddar cheese, reduced fat
  • ½ t Garlic powder
  • Buttered flavored cooking spray (optional)

*Bakery mix (baking mix) is a premixed baking product that includes flour, baking powder and other ingredients.

Directions

  1. WASH hands with soap and water.
  2. HEAT oven to 450 F.
  3. MIX bakery mix, milk, cheese and garlic powder to make a soft dough. BEAT quickly for 30 seconds.
  4. DROP dough onto a baking sheet in 10 equal amounts.
  5. BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. SPRAY warm biscuits with cooking spray before removing from cookie sheet.
