Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ c Butter, softened
  • ½ c Sugar substitute
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Bananas, ripe, mashed
  • 1 c Flour
  • 1 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1 t Baking soda
  • ¼ t Salt
  • ¼ c Walnuts

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly SPRAY a 8x4 inch loaf pan.
  3. In a large bowl, CREAM together butter and sugar.
  4. BEAT in the egg and mashed bananas.
  5. MIX in both types of flour, baking soda, salt and walnut until combined.
  6. POUR into loaf pan.
  7. BAKE for 1 hour. If top begins to brown too quickly, decrease heat slightly.
