Chicken Fajitas

1 lb. chicken breast, diced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

3 mushrooms, sliced

1 onion, medium, sliced

1/2 t. olive oil

1/2 lime (for juice)

1/4 t. garlic powder

1/4 t. oregano

1/4 t. cumin

10 whole wheat tortillas.

Saute chicken in the oil until fully cooked. Add the vegetables and spices. Squeeze the lime over the fajitas for flavor.


Makes 10 fajitas, if using 10 inch tortillas.
