1 small head of iceberg lettuce
½ c. celery, diced
½ c. green pepper, chopped
½ c. green onion, chopped
2 c. frozen peas
1 ½ c. fat free mayonnaise
2 T. Splenda
4 oz. shredded low fat cheddar cheese
½ c. bacon pieces
Cut lettuce into pieces and layer on bottom of casserole dish. Mix Splenda into mayonnaise and spread over lettuce. Sprinkle rest into layers in the following order: celery, green pepper, green onion, frozen peas, cheese, then bacon bits.
