Lunch Wrap

3 oz. lunch meat, lean (95% fat free or leaner)

1 tortilla, whole wheat

1/2 c. spinach

1/4 c. carrots, grated

1 T. Ranch dressing, fat free


Place meat on top of tortilla.  Add spinach and carrots.  Roll into a wrap. Dip in ranch dressing and enjoy!
