4 c. spinach (1 pkg)
1 bell pepper, red, cut into thin strips
1 c. carrots, thin matchstick cut
1 green onion, chopped
2 c. cabbage, red, roughly chopped
1 c. sugar snap peas, halved
1/2 c. Asian toasted sesame dressing, light
1/2 c. chow mein noodles
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Top with chow mein noodles.
