¾ c. pizza sauce
1 large pizza crust
1 c. broccoli, chopped
1 c. carrots, shredded
½ c. red or green bell pepper, sliced
5 oz. low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 450° F. Place pizza crust on a cookie sheet. Spoon pizza sauce on crust. Arrange vegetables over sauce. Sprinkle on the cheese. Bake for 10 minutes. When baked, cool pizza for 3 minutes before slicing. Slice into 8 wedges.
Makes 8 servings.
