1 lb. ground turkey, 7% fat
½ c. spaghetti sauce
¼ c. part skim mozzarella cheese
½ c. green pepper, chopped
¼ c. onion, chopped
Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease 9 inch pie plate with vegetable oil. Pat turkey into pie plate. Place turkey in oven and bake until no longer pink, about 30-35 minutes. Top cooked turkey with vegetables, spaghetti sauce and cheese. Return turkey to oven and heat until cheese is melted, about 1-2 minutes.
