Want to add some flavor to your microwave popcorn without adding a lot of calories, fat or sodium? Try some of these mixes to add a little spice, sweetness or flare to your snack.  Note:  Each seasoning mix covers about 15 cups of popped popcorn – use 1/3 of the seasoning per bag when using the Get Fresh! recipe.  Before you add all the seasoning, be sure to cover your popcorn with butter/margarine spray or a couple of teaspoons of melted butter or margarine can be added to help the seasonings stick to the popcorn.
