1 lb. hamburger
1 15 oz- can tomato sauce
2 c. dry macaroni, cooked and drained
½ medium onion
½ c. low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1 t. chili powder
½ t. black pepper
Brown hamburger meat with onion; rinse and drain. Return
meat to skillet. Add tomato sauce
and spices, let simmer 3-4 minutes.
Add macaroni into skillet; simmer for 3 minutes. Add cheese and stir to
incorporate.
Makes 5 1-cup servings.
