½ c. celery, chopped
1 20-oz can pineapple chunks, drained and chopped
1 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. Granny Smith apple, chopped
8 c. cabbage, shredded
½ t. celery seeds
¼ t. cayenne pepper
¼ t. black pepper
½ t. salt
½ c. light salad dressing
½ c. light mayonnaise
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until everything is mixed well. Chill for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend.
