Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits

½ c. low fat yogurt

½ c. fresh fruit, sliced or cubed

2 T. low fat granola

 

Use any flavor of yogurt or fruit of your choice.  In the bottom of a stemmed glass or dish, layer your fruit, yogurt, and granola. 


Makes 1 serving.

Nutrition Information: 200 calories; 2 g fat; 5 mg cholesterol; 100 mg sodium; 39 g carbohydrates; 3 g fiber; and 7 g protein.  Nutrition information was calculated using vanilla flavored low fat yogurt and ½ a medium fresh banana as the fruit.
