Creamy Banana Pops

2 medium bananas

½ c. half and half, fat free

2 c. skim milk

1/3 c. Splenda Sugar Blend

½ t. vanilla

In a large bowl, mash the bananas well with a potato masher or a sturdy whisk until lump free. This should equal about 1 cup of mashed bananas.  Add all remaining ingredients until fully mixed together.

Pour mixture evenly into paper cups and freeze for one hour.  The pops should be firm, but not frozen.  Remove from freezer and insert a wooden popsicle stick in the center of each pop.  Return pops to freezer and freeze until solid, about 2 to 3 hours.  To serve, peel paper cups away and eat immediately.
