1 ½ c. instant brown rice, uncooked
1 c. reduced sodium chicken broth
½ c. orange juice
2 tsp. soy sauce, light
¼ c. green onions, sliced
3 Tbsp. sliced almonds
Combine rice, broth, orange juice and soy sauce in microwavable bowl. Cover. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with fork. Sprinkle with onions and almonds.
Makes 4 - ½ c. servings.
