1 lb. chicken breast, diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
3 mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 t. olive oil
1/2 lime (for juice)
1/2 t. spice mix
Spice Mix:
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. oregano
1 t. cumin
Saute chicken in the oil until fully cooked. Add the vegetables and spice mix. Squeeze the lime of the fajitas for flavor.
Makes 10 fajitas, if using 10 inch tortillas.
