1 T. olive oil
1 lb. chicken breast, without skin
3 c. broccoli florets
1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
½ c. skim milk
½ c. low fat Cheddar cheese
Add oil to heated skillet. Saute chicken in olive oil until thoroughly cooked. Add broccoli, soup and milk. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until
done. Sprinkle with cheese and
serve.
Makes 4 1-cup servings.
